Home decorating can be stressful and frustrating if you don’t know where to begin or can't figure out you're doing wrong. You want a beautiful home you can feel PROUD of, but you end up searching endlessly on the internet and Pinterest for inspiration, and still don't love the way your house looks.
Believe me, I know exactly how that feels! Before I became an Interior Designer, I was just a regular homeowner who struggled with home decorating. I loved doing DIY projects, and was completely comfortable building things, but when it came time to make my home look pretty, I just couldn't figure out what to do! I convinced myself that some people were just good at home decorating, and I wasn't the creative type.
But, I was wrong!
After getting my degree in Interior Design, I realized that decorating was a skill that ANYONE could learn! They just need someone to teach them the basics of great design. Now, I'm sharing all of my design and decorating secrets with you! I've broken it down into simple steps, and put it all together into courses that I'm excited to share with you.

I know what it’s like to want a beautiful home, but not have the budget to match. When we bought our first house, it was outdated and needed a lot of improvements. We were strapped for cash and just starting a family, so making changes to the house ourselves was a necessity. As we saw our home transform one project at a time, DIY soon became a passion! Even though I was comfortable with DIY projects, decorating my home didn’t come naturally. In fact, I was pretty bad at it!
After making a major career change from engineering to interior design (major change, I know!), I discovered that great decorating was a skill that anyone could learn.
